• Orders will be dispatched on a weekly basis.
• In order to ensure that you receive the best fresh produce, all of our Wild Dartmoor Venison is processed to order. This is all done in-house from field to final produce.
• Monday & Tuesday are processing days, with orders packed each Wednesday for delivery Thursday. 
• The rest of the week is spent out in the field, harvesting our Wild Dartmoor Venison carcasses.
• Please contact us if your order is required by a specific day and we will do our best to ensure that we get it to you in good time. Please note that during busy periods, this may not always be possible. 
• We currently ship anywhere within the UK at a flat rate of £9.
• Orders over £50 will be eligible for free local delivery at checkout (within 10 miles).
• Collection is also available and is free of charge - please contact us once you have placed your order to arrange this.
• Dartmoor Deer Services are not responsible for any delays in shipping outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions & courier delays.
