We provide professional and sustainable deer management services for landowners with the aim to produce the finest Dartmoor wild venison.
We ensure a high standard of wild venison is sent to our customers throughout the season, sold as whole carcasses or butchered.
Our venison is sourced from land which has a professional management plan in place, culling select animals to improve the health of the herd and reduce numbers.
Every animal culled is throughoughly examined before and after harvesting for any abnormal or contamination issues.
All of the products we produce are then tagged and are fully traceable.
